Flow sequence :  LI-1 starts this channel at the corner of the index finger then travels across the hand between the index and the thumb (LI-2 thru LI-4).  It then goes across the wrist (LI-5), up the lateral posterior forearm (LI-6 thru LI-11), and goes up the arm (LI-12 thru14) to the shoulder (LI-15 and LI-16). From the shoulder it travels to the lateral neck near the SCM (LI-17 and LI18), to the face just above the lip(LI-19), and finally crosses over the midline to end 20 points later.

Main pathological changes: Lower toothache, sore throat, epistaxis, runny nose, dryness of the mouth, swelling and pain of the neck, pain or motor impairment of the anterior-lateral aspect of the arm, etc.
