Groupon Policy 1. Groupon deals are limited to one Groupon per person. 2. Groupons MUST be used by the expiration date. There are no exceptions. 3. If the Groupon has not been used by the expiration date, the $39 spent on the Groupon will be treated as a credit to your account and will be applied to your next visit. 4. If you schedule a visit with your Groupon and you are a NO CALL NO SHOW, your Groupon will be forfeit. However, you will still have a $39 credit to your account that will be applied to your next visit. 5. If you schedule a visit with your Groupon and cannot make it but you call us, you can reschedule at any time before the Groupon expires.
